Does one cup of coffee and 3 pieces of Sees candy (all day) qualify as dieting?
Surprise!

20 pounds of potatoes is what we pulled from the ground a few days ago.
Doesn't sound like much, but we were clearing a bed for more planting and

NO! but I really am going to have to seriously start looking at my diet. The coffee and chocolate thing sounds good though
And then I ate dinner...screwed up my whole caloric intake!
...I just don't understand why I can't lose weight... :)
Why are you dieting? Or were you just too busy to find time to eat?
You're so kind...or more accurately... you're so blind :)
I'm dieting for obvious reasons...most having to do with the fact that I can't get into most of my jeans and I am too cheap (and broke) to buy myself a couple new pairs...it's getting old wearing the same 2 pairs of pants.
Meg/Maureen. Thanks for reading my "Nice Jesus on Every Wall" piece. So many blogs, you're so prolific. I LOVE your photography. And yes, why can't two pieces of Sees be a diet? Comme les francais!
thanks gals, and thank-you Susan for taking time to stop by and comment. Since Julie already knows, Nancy, you should check out Susan's blog...Gray Matter...very witty and intelligent writer...she could SO be our friend!
(if she was really desperate for company :)
Meg that pic is great and it makes me want chocolate now :( BAD YOU TO DO DAT TO MOI!!!!! Hmmm I think I could live on coffee, chocolate and peanut butter :)
I do have to ask what is See's chocolate? Is it good and is it just a USA thing? :)
One more reason to move to the states Tesa....you don't have See's?!?!?!?
You are definitely getting a care package from me girlie girl. And the best part...this is a pic of one of our favorites, peanut crunch. So if you like peanut butter....
When are you going to post something new?
"We're dying out here!"
Nobody has pissed me off lately Julie...except a few relatives that I feel compelled to only write about in private...check your email :)
ps....I loved that Movie!
What movie?
...since my life revolves around obscure quotes from movies, I assume everyone else's lives do also....the "we're dying out here!" comment I immediately relate to a scene in, 'That Thing You Do'...one of my favorites!
I've actually never seen that movie. I was just speaking from the heart.
I miss you Maureen.
