I love this picture of Steve. I tried to change my picture and it took me about 5 tries to get it - so don't be too hard on yourself. Try uploading the photo to your online photo album first, or you can use the image address of your blog (right click on the photo and select "copy image location" then go to edit profile and find the window where it says photo URL. Paste the address there. Let me know if it works.
